Why the unexpected breakfast?

“It has been conceived as an experience in itself – it could not be any other way in Ushuaïa. We have created new stations and a concept that raises the bar, because anything can happen here. It’s a unique atmosphere, especially with the Circus Candy station, featuring a huge variety of sweets, cupcakes, candy floss, chocolate fountain, sweet sushi station, cakes and tarts. The detox corner, for those that fancy something a bit more healthy includes cocktails (with or without alcohol) full of vitamins, cereals and all kinds of fruit imaginable so that the customer can enjoy the most exquisite juices and smoothies. There is a carvery station and another for Italian cuts, a flashback to a time where we find the ‘Little Italy Station’ with the best cold cuts with a light touch of truffle, a station with natural products from our farm, rounds with gourmet miniatures, kebab station, show cooking etc. And finally, the most gourmet corner, with caviar and oysters, dedicated to sybarites and sea addicts. A complete journey for the senses to start the day in the purest Ushuaïa style.”

What has the reaction of the customers been like?

“Nowadays they are looking for a complete experience, one that is unique and of the highest quality. In the first week we already had customers sharing photos of the breakfast on various social networks and rating it as ‘majestic’ and surprising’. It is not for nothing that we are the best hotel-club in the world according to the International Night Life Association and DJ Mag International. There is no better place for enjoying the fullest VIP service, the best electronic music shows and a luxurious variety of
cuisines.”

Each corner holds its own gastronomic surprise. And all of them are for you: with a colourful decorations and a touch of vintage that pays tribute to the great circus show, the sweet and savoury delicacies conquer the client through the eyes and the stomach.  A Citroën van converted into a bakery (bread, ensaïmada, brioche, croissants, all freshly baked), an ice-cream machine, a big wheel of sweets, a dark chocolate fountain, a window to the far east with fruit sushi (what an invention, rolls covered with banana, kiwi or strawberry and filled with mango!), the best Bellota cured Iberian ham in the world freshly cut in front of you... There is even a station for celiacs, who can enjoy this marvellous breakfast with peace of mind. As for drinks, you can choose between juices made from the fruit you select, all the teas and coffees of the world you can imagine, or even one of the cocktails that Emilio Jimenez prepares for the most daring. We are going to give you some advice that you will thank us for: stroll around the different stations, whether in front of the stage or on the seafront, with live music accompanied by the sound of the waves, and once you have been inspired, make a mental list of what you want to try. Chefs Iván Spilona and Gilson Pelegrini will fulfil your wishes.
