This exquisite steakhouse offers some of the finest cuts of meat in Ibiza. Succulent raw starters include a sashimi de lomo romano, carpaccio ‘El Carnicero’ and ceviche. Prime cuts of beef for mains include skirt steak, tenderloin or rib-eye. Sourced from Argentina and the US, the steaks arrive on large ceramic plates, with an assortment of side dishes to choose from including delicious chips and oven-charred vegetables. One of the rare selections of meat on offer is from the Carta El Capricho, the acclaimed ox meat menu, featuring entrecotes, sirloins and mouth-watering chuletas. Excellent service and a stunning venue complement the food perfectly. Guests can eat outside beneath the stars, seated upon beautiful Emmanuelle chairs, or in one of the private areas inside the old traditional finca. One of the best dining experiences on the island for meat lovers.
